» If you do not have any COVID symptoms, please enter the building and check in with our staff to complete a symptom and exposure questionnaire.
» If you do have COVID symptoms, such as fever or shortness of breath, please do not enter our building and instead call (231) 737-0411 for more instructions.

Important Information

  • Medical Emergencies: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
  • Appointments: We do not accept walk-in appointments. Same-day visits are reserved for sick patients only.
  • Response Time: Non-urgent medical questions will be answered within 48–72 hours.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, you must do so before the scheduled start time by calling the office. Failure to cancel and not showing up for your appointment may result in dismissal from the practice at the discretion of our physicians.
