MICHAEL J. GALVIN, M.D.

Dr. Galvin obtained his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the University of Michigan and completed his internship and residency at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, University of Chicago Hospital and University of Chicago – The Pritzker School of Medicine.

He is Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Galvin has privileges at Mercy Health System, Mercy and Hackley campuses. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and Michigan State Medical Society.

Dr. Galvin started in practice in Muskegon at Norton Shores Pediatrics in July 1982 and has been at Port City Pediatrics since December 2002.
 
 
RICHARD GOLZ, M.D.

Dr. Golz completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Champagne-Urbana. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He interned at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, member of the University of Pittsburgh and was a Resident at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.

He is Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Golz is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and Michigan State Medical Society.

Dr. Golz has privileges at Mercy Health System, Mercy and Hackley campuses.

ELIZABETH FISHER PALLANTE, M.D.

Dr. Pallante completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine Degree at Wayne State University in Detroit and Ohio State University in Columbus. There she received the Department of Pediatrics Award at graduation. She Interned at University of Michigan, Department of Pediatrics where she was named Outstanding Pediatric Intern. She completed her Residency there as well.

She is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Pallante is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics – Fellow, American Medical Association, Medical Society for County of Muskegon and Sigma Gamma Association.

Dr. Pallante has privileges at Mercy Health System, Mercy and Hackley campuses.

Before moving to Muskegon, she was a Staff Pediatrician at Henry Ford Hospital, Canton Center and a Pediatrician at Associated Physicians in Madison, WI. She joined Port City Pediatrics in 1993.
 
 
KARL F. NICLES, M.D.

Dr. Nicles completed his undergraduate studies at Hope College in Holland, MI. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, MI where he graduated in 1997 and went on to University of Michigan Mott Children's Hospital, Pediatrics in Ann Arbor where he graduated in June 2000.

He is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Nicles is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and Medical Society for County of Muskegon.

ALISON L. FOX, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Fox completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and completed her Residency training at William Beaumont Hospital Department of Pediatrics in Royal Oak, MI.

She is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Fox is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Fox has privileges at Mercy Health System, Mercy and Hackley campuses.

Dr. Fox was a member of the Pediatric teaching faculty, William Beaumont Hospital Department of Ambulatory Pediatrics and Pediatrician (contingent), William Beaumont Hospital After Hours Clinic until May 2008. She served as a Clinical Assistant Profession, Wayne State University School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. She joined Port City Pediatrics in October 2008.
 
 
PAUL T. ALBAN, M.D.

Dr. Alban completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame. He obtained his M.S. Biology Degree at Oakland University in Rochester, MI and Doctor of Medicine Degree at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He completed his Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI.

Dr. Alban is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and the Medical Society for County of Muskegon.

Prior to joining Port City Pediatrics in October 2006, Dr. Alban was Chief, Pediatrics at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY and a Pediatrician at Young Eagle Clinic, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. He served as a Battalion Surgeon at Teal Troop Medical Clinic, Forward Operating Base Warhorse, Iraq and as Battalion Surgeon at Monroe Health Clinic, Fort Hood, TX.
 
 
 
 
 
Dustin J. Miller MD

Dr. Miller received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of the Americas, Nevis, West Indies. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Davenport University and his Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate from University of Massachusetts Boston. He received his Bachelors of Science: Psychology from Michigan State University.
Dr. Miller comes to us from Hurley Children’s Hospital, Michigan State University, Flint, MI, Department of Pediatrics where he was Chief Resident.
During residency, he held an appointment as Assistant Clinical Instructor through Michigan State University College of Human Medicine’s Department of Pediatrics and Human Development.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a current member of the American Academy of pediatrics.
